Up Alpine Tower

Our ward went to the campus ropes course for FHE tonight. It was a lot of fun to watch everyone climbing, and try to figure out how I was going to do it myself. I took my camera up with me. About halfway up, I lost my shoe, and decided to call it quits. I should have kept going, but honestly, was kinda getting scared, and feeling lost on how to get up farther. It didn't help matters that J was at the bottom crying really hard, stressed out by my climbing. That stressed me out further, and made it hard to concentrate, even though I knew he was safe and was surrounded by people who cared about him. So I got about halfway up, and called it good. I think that's farther than I've gotten before though, so I guess it's an accomplishment. :)
