Strawberry Jam

This was a whole lot easier than I first envisioned it being. It helps that I used our blender to chop the strawberries, instead of using a potato masher (our potato masher doesn't work so well on strawberries). It didn't turn out so jam-y, definitely more of a strawberry juice, we'll have to keep it in the freezer after they are opened. But hopefully it will still be good. I also never tasted it during the process, and there wasn't any small bits left over after filling the jars like there was whenever mom made some. I guess it will be a surprise for when we do get into them!
