use a combination of ginger ale (the ginger settles the stomach) and beef broth (the broth helps to keep you hydrated, and delivers some of the salts that could potentially be getting lost, and it just plain tastes good)

finally finished

when I cleaned out the closet the other day, I found this unfinished in there.  I thought it had gotten lost and gone forever about 5 years ago.  I've been slowly working on it ever sense, and its finally finished
now i just have to figure out something to do with it

New Calling

Today was my first official day back in primary.  Although I had some misgivings about going back into primary (even though I saw it coming) because I was actually enjoying going to relief society, I enjoyed myself, and over all will have a good time with this calling.

One of my mission companions got married today.  It was good to see her after about a year and a half of not seeing her.  I also got to see a few other companions and sisters from my mission.  It was good to see them all.

I've always been facinated by mushrooms growing out of old dead trees.  It made me happier than it should have to find this just in my back yard.

Cleaning the closet

I spent most of the morning (and into the afternoon) working on cleaning the closet, and de-junking it.  it was a lot harder than i thought it would be.

We went to the mall today, and I had to ask "where are we?"  it was so different from what I grew up with.  It has Waterfeatures!!  it never had waterfeatures before.  D and I went and played in them a bit too, which was a lot of fun
