View at Drew's work

This is my view whenever I come to pick Drew up from work. It's nice to see the mountains all the time now.

Visiting Daddy at work

We had a lunch date, then went with Drew to work for a bit. He needed to clean out a storage closet they were loosing which was full of computers for surplus. J enjoyed being able to help out a bit 

visiting Dad's work

Drew has been the only one at work over the break (even his boss hasn't been there), so we came up to visit for a while today. J enjoyed sitting in their computer wagon.

CIT family barbeque

the CIT department had a barbeque tonight. Happy for J, some of our good friends also work in the CIT department at the school. J had fun running through the water and going on the carousel, just generally spending some time outside. It was a lot of fun.

what this picture doesn't show is just how many fun cords and buttons there are to get into that I had to keep chasing him away from.

worms

so I had actually wanted to make some hexaflexagons while at work. but not having tape, they didn't stay together. so they became worms instead.

Lilacs

The ice cream shop next door to my work has two or three lilac bushes on their property. I get to walk by them every day to work.  I LOVE how they smell and every time I walk by, I take a deep breath :)

"productive" day

We had the computer drop calls left and right on us tonight. plus, I was on the phones for almost 5.75 hours straight (yay for 10 minute dinner breaks and two or three pregnant lady bathroom breaks!) I made 248 calls, and only had 10 completes. Sadly, the computer dropped 3 of my calls, and there wasn't a way to re-dial them right away. :P

Cleaning stuff

I got a job doing some white glove cleaning/between semester apartment cleaning. this is the bucket of stuff I picked up at the dollar store for it. everything in the bucket (including the bucket) is from the dollar store :)

Yet another change

They are making another change to our schedule at work for the rest of April, starting on the 10th. This was so I could remember later exactly what changes were being made and when.

Memo

We have some upcoming and unexciting shift changes for about a month.

Mini-Noose

I've found the other day that I have been making nooses out of my phone cord while talking on the phone to people. Unconsciously, of course.   

Tupperware

This is all the Tupperware that was left at Drew's work over the week. I visited him for dinner (so the one with the orange lid, and the small square one are technically from tonight), and we brought it all home. I had been wondering where some of it had gotten to, but thought it must still be in the fridge with leftovers.

72 hour kit blanket

thanks to Honda, we get a new blanket that I wouldn't mind keeping in our 72 hour kit. It's fairly good sized, with waterproof stuff on one side, and fleecy on the other (i think i heard the official name is a "stadium blanket", though I'm not sure why...) and folds up nice and small, with a handy carrying strap!

Free drawing

I did this at work, between calls. It doesn't look too bad, if you ask me. Not the best, but certainly not horrible.

Schedule change....again

This is a horrible move on their part for several reasons. the main one being they will probably actually loose a lot of money doing this (and actually hope they do).  Sunday's have never been a productive day for us to call people, no one wants to talk to us on Sunday. I guess they are just ignoring that fact, and going to pretend that nothing bad will happen because of it.

Productivity

I felt pretty good getting 51 completes tonight, in about almost 5 hours, (total time was 4:40), and wanted to share it. This is one of the best competes/hour that I've ended with on this project.

Miserable saturday

This is one of the worst Satuday's I've ever had, in terms of PR at work.  a total of 6 completes, for the whole 4 hour shift. this is sure to reflect horribly on my week's totals.
