Temple walk

 We ended up not having our normal game night with friends tonight, and J had been asking about the temple. We decided to take a fun (but cold and windy) walk around the temple tonight.

J decided he didn't want to take a nap today, so we went for a nice relaxing walk to see if he would fall asleep on the way (he didn't). We went up to the temple to take a few pictures.

Michael Bay themed

So I took this picture, at first just because the colors together were really pretty, but then Drew pointed out it happened to be Michael Bay color themed, being all dark blue and orange.

We had regional conference down at the conference center today.  I took this picture on the way back to the car.  Sorry its dark, it was rainy, but i didn't have time to change the settings, my family was leaving me and being impatient.

One of my mission companions got married today.  It was good to see her after about a year and a half of not seeing her.  I also got to see a few other companions and sisters from my mission.  It was good to see them all.

Temple Square

For the first time in about three years, I ventured downtown today to Temple Square (and inside the temple. That was quite an adventure wherein I almost got lost :))
Tonight, Dad's brother Ken and his wife Kristine was over. Dad built a tandom bike sometime while I was gone, and Dad wanted to show Ken and Kristine the bike, so we went for a short ride. It was the first time I've riden tandom. It was a lot of fun. Dad also has a kid sized tandom that Dante and the neighbour girl rode, but my batteries died right before I was going to take their picture.
