I just want to say i am rather proud of this shot. It was taken not really looking at what i was taking pictures of, while driving the car. my camera was taken away shortly thereafter by one or two of the passengers. I guess they didn't feel safe with me taking pictures while driving (though i swear i was looking at the road the whole time)
Today at stadium singing we sang primary songs. It was a lot of fun. My roommate, since she is a recent convert, didn't know many of them, so it was fun to teach them to her, and see her looks of us all being crazy while we were singing some of them :).
Because I was asked about it, this is the new auditorium they have on campus (I've heard it referred to by a bunch of different names. the most common one seems to be the conference center, since it looks almost identical to the conference center in Salt Lake, only smaller)
I felt like quite the Rec. geek when I pulled this out of my backpack yesterday. A first-aid kit inside a Nalgene, complete with headlamp and candle. Man, I love my major :).
Apparantly the Geology department has an aquarium in their rock museum. This coral, though it doesn't show it well, looks glow in the dark. It was cool to see.
