"hair"

Whenever J sees this plant, he starts to ask if it is hair. I'm having a hard time convincing him that it is a plant, and not hair.

Smells good

As I was walking to Walgreens today I noticed that the trees lining the sidewalk were blooming, and I've never been able to smell them before (thank you pregnancy!)... man did it smell good! I'm not sure if it was these trees, or the others they had lining the street, but these are the ones I could get a picture of the blossoms (and it still smelled good).

Growing things

I set out on a ride/walk today determined to find something green and growing, especially with how warm it has been getting and staying. This is what I found. A small weed, but it's growing none the less :)

New Plant

The Relief Society came by and gave the girls plants (I guess, i was at work when it happened). This is great timing, as the plant we had had shriveled up and died.

Sprouts!

We've been growing these herbs in our amazingly dark apartment, not sure if they were going to grow or not. they seem to have some life in them, and have some pretty decent sprouts to them. :)

Baby Tomatoes

the tomato plant I got for mothers day has been doing great, despite the fact it had been looking about dead. I went to check on it's water when i got home from work to find a baby tomato on it. i was quite excited to make the discovery

Mother's day plant

for mothers day, our ward gave each couple a tomato plant. i'm super excited for this plant. we had to put it in the window at the end of our hall, since our apartment doesn't get any sunlight.

These were found in the garden. I don't know what kind they are. But they're pretty.

Potatoes outside the boys dorms?

I was wondering to a friend's house tonight, and passed these by.  They look like potato plants, but... outside the boy's dorms?
