Since J has gotten bigger, I've found that I can only sleep on my right side. this has been horrible, causing me to wake up multiple times with hip and back pain, and no way to relieve it. After a nap on couch in the reclining position, I realized I should be able to make the same thing work in bed with my sitting up pillow on it's back. It's been a life saver. now I can at least roll over onto my back if I need to. And man, does it feel good. :)
