Green rocks

I love that the old library in town use to be made of green rocks. I wish it still was.

24 weeks, 2 days

Mostly, I was taking a picture just for myself to compare sizes to 20 weeks. I was trying on clothes, since a lot of mine had gotten a lot too small. I didn't feel much bigger, but my clothes were telling me otherwise. I also forgot to take any other pictures for today. 

Blue Skys

Because it was absolutely gorgeous outside today I decided to head to the nature park after running some errands on my bike today. I had bits and pieces of this song going through my head most of the time.

Nerdy nest

I was moving stuff around to make room so my visiting teachers would have somewhere to sit when they came. The eggs ended up in the network cable without my realizing it.  Drew later commented that they make a rather nerdy Easter Egg nest :)

For an unusual twist to game night, we played Monopoly. Josh decided to make his all pretty.

Strawberry cheesecake

I saw a recipe for these online and have been wanting to try them for a while. We got some strawberries at the store the other night, and I finally had some time today to make them. I thought they were really really tasty. :)

I've been "needing" some chocolate, and we happened to go to the store tonight and saw these on sale. They've been quite tasty

planning ahead

I've been having that "nesting" feeling, and wanting to make things for our coming son. Not being sure what all we will need, and knowing that we won't have room for any decorations, it kind of limited what I could make. I eventually came to the conclusion that no matter what else we get, this kid is going to need a hat for the coming winter.

Growing things

I set out on a ride/walk today determined to find something green and growing, especially with how warm it has been getting and staying. This is what I found. A small weed, but it's growing none the less :)

This was one wiggly little boy, and the poor technician had problems getting all the pictures she needed. He was very stubborn, and didn't want to get a profile taken without a lot of nudging and prodding :)

It was even warm enough I went for a short bike ride up to campus to meet Drew after work.

Naming

Because we have no inspiration for this kid's name beyond knowing the last name (though we're hoping it gets easier when we find out the gender on Tuesday) we decided to look for some help at the library. I spent part of the day looking at these

Listing

We've recently gone through a bunch of stuff to try and get rid of (sell, so we can get some moneys for them) un-used/never used items to make more room for our coming little one. we found a whole bunch more stuff than I ever thought we would. all of that listing took up our Saturday, and happened to be the only pictures I took.
