this is a poem we would say to help scatter the seeds (and the stems) all over the lawn (and in the garden....which we weren't supposed to play in), as kids
it doesn't quite look like this in real life... its a bit darker and a bit more red, but it still looks really good. all in all, i think we are pleased with the finished product.
sorry about all the floor pictures. its just been the main thing going on in life right now :) now to only wipe it all down and put on the clear coats.
don't worry, the darker part is just laid down... it should dry to look like the other soon... especially after we sweep and wipe it all down to put the clear coat on!
We walked by this on the way to taking Drew to work this afternoon. I couldn't see over the retaining wall (the top was well over my head) and Drew could barely see that there were things growing in it. I decided to lift up my camera and see what there was to see. This is what we came up with. we were discussing later, and couldn't figure out who would even see this little mystery garden?
Our apartment complex was supposed to have a yard sale. We wanted to sell these items. Sadly, no one else seemed to participate in it, even the couple that was promoting it so that they could move. We were most confused.... and didn't sell anything.
