the first time in my life that i've been to oregon. i think the furthest i got in was about a mile and a half :)

Actually, not the first time that you've been to Oregon. You were in Oregon when you met the ocean up close and personal. And hid from everyone and made them panicked in the Salvation Army store in Florence when we had to go buy heavy sweatshirts. The same vacation that you forgot about earlier when you claimed you'd never been to California. :)
because i was two, it doesn't count as me having visited. yes, a lot seemed to have happened, however, i don't remember any of it. i'm claiming this as my first time going, because i actually remember it.
I'm going to have to go back and see if You used "I've never been to Oregon" as an "I Never." In light of Bonnie's comment, I may need to invalidate your response.
