Ice Cream Shops

okay, so technically, this is frozen yogurt, But i've always wondered how ice cream shops (who deal in only ice cream) can stay open during the winter months, especially here in Rexburg.  it just doesn't seem possible to me.  but they've been around for a good long while, so i guess they must do well enough.
