Are those steps (in the lower right corner of the picture)?
i want to say there are steps somewhere along under there, but i'm not sure if those are specifically. they;ve had it roped off most of the time i wander by it, and the other times i haven't noticed, or been in a rush to explore too much. i might go there later today though
