If anyone has seen my library account recently, they will know that i've had about half the system of cook books (especially slow cooker books, but others too) going through. I looked through these two, expecting a few that i would want to write down. Sadly, i wish i could buy the whole book (yes, both of them) and eat everything in there. i'm resisting going to amazon :)

Really? Amish kitchen cookbook? That one surprises me. You could always go to Amazon and put it on a wish list rather than buying it. :)
I became a huge fan of Amish and Menanite cooking on my mission. :)
