I spent a majority of the night reading (and finishing) this book. I forgot how much i enjoyed it before. Now i'll need to find something new to read at work. any suggestions?

well, clearly the next book you need to read is the sequel, shadow of the hegemon :-)
You could try "The Lathe of Heaven". Both BJ and I really loved that one.
I don't think either Justin or I particularly liked any of the sequels after Ender's Shadow... but I'll definitely second LeGuin's Lathe of Heaven. Seriously a powerful book- I started it one day while proctoring tests for Student Support Services and couldn't stop- actually finished it off later that night. If you're looking for something more lighthearted, I might suggest Nancy Farmer's Sea of Trolls.
